Because erectile dysfunction can be influenced by circulation, medications, hormones, stress, diabetes, cardiovascular health, and other factors, treatment begins with a confidential medical evaluation.

Available compounded formulations may include one or more ingredients such as avanafil, sildenafil, tadalafil, or vardenafil, which belong to a class of medications called PDE5 inhibitors. Other available formulations may include apomorphine or oxytocin, which act through different physiological pathways. These ingredients are not interchangeable, and the licensed provider determines the appropriate medication, formulation, strength, and directions based on the patient’s health history and individual needs.

Choose between a 1-month supply or a 3-month supply. Your selection represents the supply length you are requesting; treatment remains subject to provider approval and pharmacy requirements.

Your purchase includes a telehealth evaluation. A licensed provider will review your symptoms, medical history, medications, questionnaire responses, and relevant risk factors. If treatment is approved, the prescribed medication is compounded and shipped directly to you by the dispensing pharmacy.
